Making Wallpaper

Take the the image this image  to imagemagick, go to Resize and jot down its size.

Make a background double of its size in plasma. 640x480 i.e at the studio select plasma from the drop down list of format. 

Take the url of this image, composite screen. Don't forget to click 'tile across and down the canvas'.
