F/X/Implode:-60
Fuzz-9000, method:floodfill, and paint type-matte
Activate arrow in the middle of the image
Effect/Spread: 40x40
F/X/Swirl: 650 (Twice).
Take the following gif or the image of your choice. Make sure it has no white background and
saved as gif or png.
saved as gif or png.
Go to Composite-compose-Dstover or over
Save it as gif.
