At imagemagick make a tranparent blank background
Go to annotate
Type imagemagick
Font :Ariel
Fillcolor-none
Stroke color:black
Point size: 34
Stroke width:10
Press annotate
Again go to annotate
Fillcolor- Blue
Stroke color-none
Stroke width:2
Press annotate
Save it as gif/png/jpeg

To glitterize the font, upload the glitter of your choice
Compose-atop (click on tile across...)
press compose
Go to annotate and press annotate.
