Atop and In

Atop and In are two functions by which you can  decorate with   texture to any structure on transparent background. The detail instruction  is given below. 
Take the following ellipse to imagemagick.

Ellipse

 Upload the green plasma tile at Composite. Choose either atop or in and click on the 'tile across and  down the image canvas'  button. Now press composite. 

Here is the final result. 

You can now composite the picture of your choice in the green elliptical frame. 

Drawing Ellipses

Imagemagick can be used to draw various geometric shapes such as circles,rectangles.and 

polygons

Here I will show show you how to make ellipse.

Make background of size 350x205  (meta= white or none)

Go to Draw and paste the following parameters in the coordinate box

+230+205 +200+140 +0+360

[First number – moves the ellipse to right (increase) or left (decrease) ]

[Second number – shift the structure to up (decrease) or down (increase)]

[Thirds number- decides on the horizontal width]

[Fourth number – changes width vertically]

[The third set of numbers 0+360 should remain constant in order to draw a complete structure 

from 0 and to  360. Changing 0 will insert gap in the ellipse] 

Choose ellipse from the dropdown list.

Use any fill color and stroke color. I used orange.

The stroke width will decide the thickness of the structure. Here I used 9.

Now Press Draw.

If it is drawn on a transparent background, you can use glitter or any other tile to fill in the border 

of the  eclipse.  Here I used the following glitter tile. I uploaded the file to composite page and 

chose atop. I then  checked the tile across and down the image of canvas and press 

composite.
